Our client, is a department of the Australian Government responsible for health research, funding, promotion and regulation in Australia, are looking for multiple Technical Writers

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets self-service standards for the department and escalation requirements for Tier 1 service delivery
• Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, effective, engaging content that is presented in a consistent format
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience
• Develop detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement to meet specified standards.

Experience:

• Demonstrated technical writing experience on a large complex ERP implementation and/or upgrade project.
• Demonstrated technical writing experience on one (or more) of the following value streams:
• Human Resources
• Finance o Procurement
• Travel and Expense Management
• Enquire to Resolve
