Our client, a large Federal Government entity focused on trade is seeking a D365 CRM Developer

About the client
They are experts in connecting Australian businesses to the world and the world to Australian businesses.

Duties

• Be involved with the solution to provide Dynamics CRM specific recommendations
• Undertake software development with a particular focus on Dynamics CRM.
• Perform system analysis, investigate technical problems and document relevant issues
• Liaise with business users and project stakeholders on technical and non-technical matters as required

Skills / Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications.
• Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions developer using modern Microsoft products and cloud platforms including Microsoft .NET Core. C, javascript and typescript
• Demonstrated experience with the following development technologies
• Experience in configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience in D365 Customer Engagement, especially Customer Serviceo Experience in extending and automating D365, using Power automate, business process flows, business rules Javascript, plugins Functions appsLogic appsCanvas apps Consuming Web APIs
