• Test Manager – Senior Test Analyst

Our Client, a mid sized Federal Government Department is seeking the services of a Test Lead and Senior Test Analyst who have a proven record of accomplishment and experience in delivering ICT Testing services working in an agile environment.

The Test Lead duties:

• Manage testing requirements simultaneously across various Projects and BAU streams.
• Provide guidance and leadership to Testers.
• Ongoing development and documentation of our Test Process covering organisation wide software testing procedures and policies.
• Participate in test design and execution activities and co-lead including for manual and automated, regression, functional and non-functional test cases.

The Senior Test Analyst duties:

• Test documentation as required to ensure adequate coverage and communication of testing activities.
• Gaining expert business knowledge on the Product/Application under test.
• Peer Reviews for Requirements and Design documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for mapping requirements to test cases.
