Salesforce Project Officer Contract NEW

• Deakin ACT, Richmond VIC. WFH Hybrid
• 12 + 12 month contract (ability to obtain a Baseline clearance required) 7.5 hour day
• Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201 Certification – achieved or working towards

Our client, an independent Government entity focused on disabilities is seeking a Salesforce Project Officer.

Their role is to support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.

About the role – Salesforce Project Officer

Assist the team with administrative functions including access and authorisation provisioning, maintaining user roles, monitoring application metrics, security settings, profiles, sharing rules, workflow rules and data integrity.

Duties

• Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and configuration
• Manage Salesforce Sandboxes to support business/development teams
• Troubleshoot identified Salesforce issues and work with external vendors to resolve them

Skills / Experience

• 1-2 years’ experience within Salesforce eco-system
• Salesforce product knowledge and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
• Experience using Data Loader and experience with Salesforce integration into other technology platforms
