Our client, a private financial advisory firm specialising in medium to large enterprise Financial Strategy who focuses on Sales, Marketing, HR, Product, Logistics & Delivery are seeking both junior and senior Financial Analyst(s) to work in a full time capacity, commencing immediately.

Working with expert guidance, the Financial Analyst will:

• Analyse and map business processes, documenting as-is and to-be processes, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity, measuring outcomes to ensure benefits are achieved.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including project plans, status reports, and user manuals.
• Conduct thorough market research and data analysis to understand client issues, needs, and objectives.
• Develop and present clear, actionable strategies for performance improvement, growth, and cost reduction.
• Monitor industry trends and developments to provide up-to-date advice and solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

To be deemed suitable, you must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software applications; familiarity with Xero, MYOB, Oracle, or similar financial reporting systems is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information in an understandable manner.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, with strong proficiency in financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting (desired).
