EDRMS Administrator Helpdesk Support Contract

  • 12 + 12 + 12 months, July start
  • Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide
  • Must have Baseline Security clearance

Our Client, a small Federally funded entity is seeking an EDRMS Administrator to be responsible for administering the EDRMS application, including security and access controls, and providing and coordinating technical and general help desk support services to both internal and external business system users.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining a detailed knowledge of functionality and operational procedures for the electronic records management system for the purposes of providing managed help desk services to users
  • Administering the EDRMS including the organisational change associated with its ongoing use
  • Providing technical support to projects relating to the records management systems
  • Respond to FOI request

Criteria:

  • Experience in administration with Objective and other EDRMS
  • Provide and coordinating technical and general help desk support services to both internal and external business system users
  • Technical support to system upgrades to the records management system
