Business Analysts – SAP upgrade project Contract

Our Federal Government Client is in the process of strategizing a business-led ‘transformation and uplift’ program from SAP ECC6 to SAP S4 HANA and supporting technologies. They are seeking (3x) highly experienced Business Analysts who can assist with scoping and analysis, business process modelling and the definition of system requirements.

The Deliverables for the (Business Analyst) include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop comprehensive documentation that meets self-service standards for the department and escalation requirements for Tier 1 service delivery;
  • Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, effective, engaging content that is presented in a consistent format;
  • Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience;
  • Develop detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications;
  • Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement to meet specified standards.

Skills and experience required for this position are as follows:

  • Demonstrated business analyst experience on a large complex Commonwealth Government SAP ERP implementation and/or upgrade project.
  • Demonstrated business analyst experience on one (or more) of the following value streams:
    Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Travel and Expense Management, Enquire to Resolve.
  • Demonstrated business analyst experience using the SAP Signavio process modelling software.
