• ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA. 2 days WFH

About the role – Business Analyst

Business Analyst will be responsible for performing business analysis including benefits, risk, feasibility and options analysis, requirements definition and analysis, problem solving, business acceptance activities, and business process improvement activities.

Duties

• Develop plans and select appropriate techniques at the correct level of detail to meet assigned objectives.

• Identify potential business benefits and options to realize business improvements.

• Accountable for accurate completion of work within timeframes, share own expertise with others and guide and mentor less experienced employees.

Skills / Experience

• Broad familiarity with policy and legislative compliance and other quality assurance requirements applicable to policy and governance communication services in a federal government context.
• Broad familiarity with techniques and strategies for eliciting and distilling requirements from stakeholder groups with widely varying degrees of policy and governance maturity.
• Broad familiarity with the technologies and disciplines involved in developing and maintaining policy and governance communication services.
