Our client, is the national and principal federal law enforcement agency of the Australian Government with the unique role of investigating crime and protecting the national security of the Commonwealth of Australia. Is looking for multiple Business Analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake requirements elicitation process by closely working with the stakeholders to identify their needs and wants
• Sharing knowledge and working collaboratively with the Project Team and business stakeholders.
• Gather, validate and document business requirements
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Perform requirements analysis to identify pain points, issues and risks in existing processes, outlining business impacts

Experience:

• SolutionCreate quality documentation to capture project and program requirements. The Business Analyst must be able to produce the following deliverables
• Business Requirements Document BRD
• FunctionalNon-Functional Requirements Specification FRS Document
• User Personas and User Stories
• Process Flows and Models
