Our client, a very large, Federal Government Organisation, Seek the experience of EL1 Assistant Director for a 12 + 12 month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the operation of the Scheme Platforms Mobilisation & Standards (SPMS) activities
• Strategise and manage resource demand & supply, and onboarding & offboarding activities for the Scheme Digital Platforms Branch.
• Capture and analyze resource budget.
• Strategise on SPP overall financial planning and contribute to procurement activities.
• Drive improvements and uplift SPMS capabilities on “how we work” according to SPP project management principles and tools (Clarizen, Confluence & Jira…).

Experience:

• Demonstrated proven experience in resource & budget management.
• Demonstrated proven experience in procurement activities.
• Demonstrated direct experience using Confluence and Jira at administrator level.
• Demonstrated strong communication, problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
