• $50 – $75 per hour (negotiable)

Our client, a large independent statutory agency, whose focus is to provide services and support to Australians living with disability, Seek the experience of a Knowledge Management Officer for a long 6 + 6 + 6 + 6 month contract, located in Greenway, South Canberra.

The primary duties of the Knowledge Management Officer will include but not be limited to:

• Assist to research, analyse, interpret and create Knowledge management documentation;
• Work collaboratively to deliver consistent and structured knowledge management articles;
• Assist in maintaining and ensuring document control measures are adhered to;
• Communicate to a variety of clients with differing levels of ICT knowledge;
• Have the ability to prioritise competing requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining a high level of work standards;
• Ensure all knowledge articles and documentation is accessible across all mediums;
• Manage confidential and sensitive information;
• Foster a positive culture within the Service Integration and Management team aligned with Agency values; and
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

To be deemed suitable for this long Knowledge Management Officer contract opportunity you must have:

• Demonstrated minimum of 3 years? experience as a Knowledge Management Officer;
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting agreed work targets and standards;
• The ability to review and revise Knowledge articles and documentation;
• Very strong relationship and Stakeholder engagement skills as collaboration will be conducted across multiple groups of technical and business process subject matter experts;
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and confident manner; and
• An understanding or lived experience of disability (highly desired).
