Banked Pay Program

This Program is designed to offer our employees greater flexibility and support consistent income, aiding them in achieving their personal and financial goals.  

Participation in this Program is entirely voluntary. 

The Banked Pay Program allows eligible employees to accrue pay, which can then be utilised at a later date. 

Here’s how you can utilize the Banked Pay Program: 

Banking Pay:

You may elect to bank $500, $1000, $1500, $2000 of your regular pay cycle hours.  

Withdrawing Pay:

You can request to withdraw $500, $1000, $1500, $2000 , or the full $ amount before your next pay date.
