Technical Business Analyst (Cloud Infrastructure) Contract

• 12 + 12 month contract – May 2025 Start
• $750 – $1000 per day (inc-Super) – market estimate
• Baseline Security Clearance preferred
• ACT, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or WA address

Our client, a Commonwealth Government organisation whose focus is to provide support to Australian’s living with disability, are Seeking the experience of Technical Business Analyst for a long 12 + 12 month contract based in ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC or WA.

Duties of the Technical Business Analyst

• Working closely with business stakeholder, understanding, discovering, defining, validating, prioritising and continuously managing business requirements.
• Translating business needs into clear and comprehensive technical specifications.
• Synthesising business and technical requirements and concepts and presenting them in clear and straightforward terms.
• Providing input during the design phase, ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals.
• Facilitating workshops and perform business analysis activities including business process modelling, business and solution requirements lifecycle management, and data modelling.
• Assisting team members with effectively documenting the systems and solutions that the team develops, delivers and maintains.
• Continuously monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Experience Required

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical business analysis, in complex IT projects.
• Strong Experience in Cloud infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in complex programs, structuring business analysis processes.
• Experience in process mapping and documentation.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification (desired).
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification (desired).
