Senior Change Manager (Cyber Security Uplift) Contract

• 12 + 12 month contract – December start
• $135 – $165 per hour (inc-Super) – market estimate
• NV1 Security Clearance Required
• ACT, QLD, SA or VIC address

Our client, a large Federal Government Organisation, are seeking the experience of a Senior Change Manager (Cyber Security Uplift) for a long 12+12 month contract, based in Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane.

Duties of the Senior Change Manager (Cyber Security Uplift)

• Leading the design and execution of change management strategies to support successful change adoption across a set of cyber security uplift initiatives.
• Engaging with project leads and managers to assess the impact of change on stakeholders and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Driving communication and stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure clear messaging and transparency of change impacts and benefits.
• Facilitating workshops and meetings to inform and listen to stakeholders, assess their change readiness and respond appropriately to address any identified risks.
• Conducting regular environmental scans to identify potential risks and opportunities that may impact change initiatives.
• Using this analysis to ensure change management activities are responsive to the broader organisational environment.
• Provide coaching and guidance to other Cyber Security Uplift Projects (CSUP) Change Team members.

Primary Technologies

• Jira or Proxima, Microsoft 365, sentiment analysis methodologies and tools.

Skills and Experience Required

• A recognised professional certification in change management, such as Prosci, APMG or equivalent to the practitioner level.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex change initiatives in highly regulated environments.
• Experience managing large-scale complex change efforts in highly regulated environments (e.g. government, healthcare, financial sectors).
• Proven stakeholder engagement and communications in multi-stream programs.
