About the role – Senior Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to ensure requirements are well understood, solutions tested, technical issues recorded and tracked, changes implemented, and business objectives met.

Duties

• Facilitating workshops and other collaboration or research activities with internal and external stakeholders to meet outcomes.
• Producing artefacts as required to assist teams to understand the problem and design an appropriate solution.
• Provide input into a solution design that considers enterprise architecture, security, information and data management to resolve complex issues.

Skills / Experience

• Highly developed stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and to listen and respond to others appropriately.
• Experience producing analysis and project artefacts such as process maps, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases.
