CIAM Engineers

• Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, some WFH
• 12 + 12 month contract, June start

Our client, an independent Federally funded entity focused on helping the disability community is seeking 2 x CIAM Engineers to join their team in June 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, and maintain customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions, focusing on user registration, authentication, authorization, and user profile management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective CIAM configurations
• Configure and manage CIAM features, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and security best practices
• Optimize CIAM solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies
• Develop and implement automations and integrations to enhance CIAM capabilities and streamline user interactions.

Criteria:

• Strong experience and expertise in designing, implementing and optimizing customer identity and access management solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CIAM products such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai, or equivalent
• Experience working in an industrialised cloud Data Lake and/or EDW environment
