• Canberra – Barton. WFH options
• 8 + 12 + 12 + 12 month contract (Baseline security clearance required)
• 3+ years’ experience in a change-related role working within an IT project or program team

About the client

They coordinate and develop policy across the Government in economic, domestic and international issues, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander affairs and public service stewardship.

About the role – Change Agents

Our client is seeking the services of a Change Agents to work closely with the Organisational Change Manager, to drive successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Duties

• Act as a key liaison between the Organisational Change Manager and various business areas, ensuring clear communication and understanding of change initiatives
• Help translate high-level change strategies into actionable steps that teams can implement in their daily operations
• Provide hands-on support to staff as they adjust to new processes and tools

Skills / Experience

• Demonstrated experience working with multiple business areas and teams during the implementation of new processes or technologies
• Demonstrated a strong understanding of Organisational Change, Management Strategies and Methodologies
• Demonstrated capability to produce effective communication materials to inform, educate and reinforce the change to stakeholders
