Business Architects Contract

• Sydney – Surry Hills, or Canberra – Deakin. WFH Hybrid
• 12 + 12 month contract (ability to obtain a Baseline clearance required) 7.5 hour day
• 7 years of experience working in similar role in large scale Salesforce CRM implementations

Our client, an independent Government entity focused on disabilities is seeking Business Architects.

About the role – Business Architects

The Business Architect role is responsible for ongoing enhancement of business architecture and appropriate business solutions across the client’s participant, provider and partner domains, with specific focus on delivery of the service enhancement and digital transformation objectives.

Duties

• Represent Salesforce Business architecture in business planning sessions
• Represent Salesforce Business Architecture in organisation wide strategic programs
• Work with wider enterprise architecture teams to agree on recommended solution for business problem statements with particular focus on Salesforce CRM

Skills / Experience

• Experience working on cloud-based projects, including working with digital transformation teams, UX/UI designers, and assistive technology enabled (Accessibility Compliant) applications
• Familiar with deployment in public and private government approved cloud and associated security considerations
• Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments and exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and Insurance Industries
