Our Client, a very large federal government department focused on the improvement of educational outcomes for all of Australia, is seeking multiple experienced UX / Product Designer (s) to create new and improved online services across a range of employment related programs and channels.

The successful UX / Product Designer (s) will work on a combination of tactical improvements to a range of websites.

Within this contract the UX / Product Designer will focus on the following tasks:

• user research,
  
• stakeholder engagement,
  
• information architecture,
  
• interaction design,
  
• UI/visual design,
  
• prototyping and testing.

To be suitable for consider as a UX / Product Designer you will require:

• Ability to obtain a BASELINE security clearance (requires Aust. citizenship)
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of applying different design disciplines and contemporary user experience best practice
  
• Demonstrated experience in translating high-level, business visions into clear, measurable goals, design concepts and principles, user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes of innovative and highly usable digital experiences
  
• Experience in maturing organisational design capability through activities including sharing best practice methodologies/ templates/ techniques and through mentoring staff.
