Our
client, a very large, Federal Government Organisation, who strive
to ensure Australians can experience the wellbeing and economic
benefits that quality education, skills and employment provide, are Seeking
experience of multiple Agile Coach(s) for a long 12 + 12 + 12 month
contract commencing July 2021, based in the Canberra or Sydney CBD.

 The primary duties of the Agile Coach will include but not be limited to:

• Mentor, support and empower various ICT teams with adopting agile work practices. Teams will be across the delivery spectrum including business teams, development teams, technical operations and testing teams;
• Leading planning processes to successfully guide the agile journey;
• Leading training, communications, and technical activities to successfully implement agile practices into the culture of the organisation;
• Communicate and collaborate across business and ICT in successfully adopting agile practices, including working on communications plans;
• Support the development of portfolio and program management and governance; and
• Setting up workflow systems such as Azure DevOps for Agile Organisations.
  

To be deemed suitable for this Agile Coach contract opportunity you will have:

• An Australian Citizenship (in order to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance);
• Demonstrated Agile experience, including with Scrum and other similar frameworks;
• Portfolio and Program Management and Governance;
• Demonstrated experience introducing Agile into the enterprise;
• Strong facilitation, collaboration and communication skills;
• Previous Scrum Master experience (desired);
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) (desired);
• Extensive experience working in government (desired);
