Our Client, a small Federal Government entity working under a large Department is seeking a Business Analyst to join an existing team.

The Business Analyst role is responsible for:

• the development and review of business requirements, use cases, user scenarios, business architecture and capability blueprints relating to the project.
  
• methodically investigate, analyse, gather and review existing and new business requirements to meet stakeholder objectives.
  
• research and analyse specific information services and solutions relating to the needs of the Agency and partner agencies and make recommendations for enhancements to proposed capabilities.

The ideal Business Analyst will have:

• demonstrated 4+ years? experience as a Business Analyst with a proven ability to deliver complex artefacts.
  
• high-level problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop innovative solutions and form sound judgements.
  
• highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
