Our client, a large, Australian Government financial intelligence agency, who set up and monitor financial transactions to identify money laundering, organised crime, tax evasion, welfare fraud and terrorism financing, are Seeking the experience of a Business Analyst Change Specialist for a long 12 + 12 + 12 month contract, based in Chatswood, NSW.

The primary duties of the Business Analyst Change Management Specialist will include but not be limited to:

• Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders, with possibly conflicting views and priorities to help business stakeholders envision the future and assess change impact to support transition the desired state;
• Facilitate the negotiation of requirements and needs amongst multiple stakeholders, with experience in mapping customer journeys and working within agile delivery framework;
• Identify, document and validate the current and future-state business processes, contributing to the development of business knowledge and definition of current and future state process maps, systems interfaces, business scenarios, data enhancements and use cases;
• Ability to understand and apply change management frameworks effectively within the context of agile delivery methodology to enable successful systems adoption;
• Ability to develop change management strategies/plans including assessing business impacts, communications/awareness, coaching and training plans;
• Support documentation of the operational state of solutions delivery;
• Analyse, map risks and propose solutions or alternatives; and
  Support projects initiatives in implementing and embedding technology change into the business.

To be deemed suitable for this long Business Analyst Change Management Specialist contract opportunity you must have:

• An Australian Citizenship (in order to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance);
• The ability to fulfil the Business Analyst and Change Management duties as specified above;
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders to achieve business outcomes; and
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile delivery framework.
